So my previous post was about potential theft on my 22 trx. Driver air duct out. Access to the cbus connector. No other damage found at time besides the window.

I secured it in a safe location until igla & all gets installed. How ever going through the vehicle & using rf scanners I keep getting a tracker called driven popping up. I do have the karr security on the truck.

Has anyone else had this ? Or find it and remove it if I can find it.

I will also say, that I can also find it via Bluetooth. I do have iPhone and the times I’ve driven it from body shop back to secured location no unknown devices or tracker notifications have popped up on my end. An hour drive each way. So I would assume I can rule out an AirTag unless it takes time for those to notify me.

I only rf scanned it today and checked all Bluetooth connections. However my secured location is also next to a drive through 🤣 so it is possible I could be getting one of their items. I’d have to reinstall my wheels and relays to drive it somewhere else and retest

From what I gather, Driven is primarily a fleet tracking program. So I would tend to lean towards it being a tracker installed at the dealership.
But you should still remove it. Look under your driver's side dash. Anything connected to your OBDII port, or is there a splitter for your OBDII with a device tucked up there? Anything plugged into your Security Gateway? Any kind of box that looks like it's not part of the OEM wiring?

That’s what I been finding as well, but it pops up on Bluetooth. So it’s a Bluetooth device possible somewhere. I have to get back to the truck to look further more. I honestly wouldn’t be able to tell you about any boxes. I haven’t torn this truck apart for electrical at all to look at security gateway and all. I do know that when they tried to steal it last weekend they got behind the driver air vent & there is a Cbus connection with individual connections they Gained access too. No device plugged into the ob2 but I’ll need to further look if anything is split in it on back side.

I had someone else go do a scan now that I’m at work, they went and scanned and no devices popped up. So it is possible that maybe it was from something interfering possible the drive thru next store to the building

Pull the drivers knee plate out so you can see all the fuses. Then look at the obd connector and see if one is T’d into it. Thats what dealerships do.

Holy moly! I hadn't even thought about that after some a**hole broke into my truck two weeks ago. I'll have to go check right away.

Is this a tracker the dealership installed on my TRX? They told me it is ICON.

I don't know what it is, but whoever installed it should be drawn and quartered. It's crooked, the screw heads are practically stripped, and it's just plain terrible to look at. That person clearly doesn't take pride in their work.

I was about to say that install is horrific. Looks like a high school kid watched a YouTube video and gave it a go.

Did you not notice this before you bought the truck? Good god that is awful. Take it back to your dealer and tell them to make it right.

The ugly switch looks like a karr system which they forced you to pay for, installed like shit, hacked up your wiring and will kill your battery like most do. Just unplug all the connectors and tell them to refund you. Then go get IGLA installed.

Thank you everyone for responding! I did see it and Stephen Wade in St. George UT tried to charge me for it (IKON) — then they refused to remove this thing.. my mechanic is worried that taking it out will somehow affect the vehicle’s system?

I filed a complaint with the UTAH Motor Vehicle Enforcement Division but they did nothing.
