No trucks shipping

Any boots on the ground have any updates? My truck is wasting away in a shipping yard and I'm pretty much over RAM at this point. Throw me a rope here. Is there an end in sight? Are any trucks shipping at all?

This is just nuts.

Well i got one better for you, I was told last week mine was waiting for a ship date, and to check back this week. I checked today and my truck has some how gone back to sourcing materials and getting a build date…Absolutely crazy and like you said I am about done with this….

How are you guys getting eta from ram chat? All they ever tell me is it’s in shipping and will stay that way until delivered, say they can’t give me eta.

The response of no ETA means that your vehicle has not passed KZP status. You don't get an ETA until your truck makes it onto a rail car (or transport truck if you're close enough to the plant). Your salesman can tell you the date that you entered your current status and at which facility your truck currently resides.

the delivery from railyard has been problem for years. i have ordered many cars that sat at railyard and they would deliver when they felt like it.i dont know if this is chrysler only problem but cant imagine it is.from what i undestand they are union and work at their own pace.

My truck got to the railyard on 3/11. Newest (4th) ETA is now 4/20. RAM, the dealer and workers at the rail yard are all no help whatsoever.

Mine was D1 w/ a ESD of 3/24 but now it’s back to D. Seems to be their latest “thing”

I don't think this is a Ram issue, dealer issue, or union issue. Sounds like everyone is stuck at trucking, possibly because of the USA Trucker convoy (many don't know because the media covered it up). But it looks like truckers started leaving the DC Truck Convoy in the past few days, so hopefully there will be more truckers available to move vehicles to the dealerships

Ya, I was given my VIN from my dealer, and what I am using to try and track my vehicle with FCA

I was told my truck was built and waiting to ship. So I would have to guess the VIN number plate was actually put on the truck.

Yesterday i was told and this morning as well, that my truck is now back in scheduling phase of manufacturing with no ETA.

So I am curious which or how a built truck goes back to scheduling phase without the VIN number changing….
