So if you have the dash kit you already have 3 of the 19 replacements the full kit includes. Honestly I would just pull the old controller and sell what you have left over as a dash kit.

Its not that bad, but you could always leave out the doors or wait until you have another reason to take the door panels off to install those boards.

Got my set in yesterday and got it put in today. There was a bit of a misshap with the door handle LEDs but Oracle notified me about the issue and are working to resolve. No biggie.

The instructions from them aren't available yet but once you get your head around the process it's not a huge deal. I used Paragoptics install pdf to locate all the LED assemblies and used Oracle's dash kit video to get a grip on some of the trimming that has to be done.

Turns out my rear doors don't have an upper pocket light assembly despite there being a plug for it! (Curious if it was a part the factory skipped due to shortage just to get trucks made, who knows?) Shouldn't be too hard to track down the assembly part # and just plug in oracle's LED similar to the fronts.(Edit found it. Part # 68291943ac) I just removed that LED from the harness for now. Did take a minute to figure out the door harness plugs into the floor LED harness and then to the controller.

After about 5 hours DiY and meticulous cable management I got it in and love the outcome. Not super noticeable during the day but so much better at night. Not a huge fan of the control app but I can live with it.
Awesome kit.

P.s. I'll just have to pop the door panels again and just drop the handle LEDs in once i get the replacement parts. Again no biggie cause I definitely jumped on the full kit early.

Seems like a bunch of people are missing that lamp and/or the wire harness for the rears. I keep forgetting to check mine, but I got the paragoptics true red kit coming Monday

It's the plastic assembly and the LED board are whats missing. (For me anyways) The connector is there just wrapped in the harness. Will still need that plastic housing for either Oracle or paragoptics kit.

Either way is does seem like a "well we can wait an ungodly amount of time for a single lamp or start building trucks" kinda thing.
