Let’s see those engine bays- clean ones and dirty.

Yes your engine bay looks awesome.
Because of it I'm starting to hate the OEM engine coolant reservoir 😆
Ordered all caps from American Brother Designs but seems like they take a long time from order. Quality seems on point so it'll be worth it
Thanks man. American brothers caps take 30-45 days but well worth it, the quality is very good. The new coolant tank is badass, nice addition for sure.

They shipped the supercharger plate, to replace the silver one.
I'm wondering if I should bother removing the stock one or just glue this one over it?
Any tips as to what epoxy to use?

@TRX_1K thanks for the recommendation on the Fen Fab coolant tank. Looks great and easy install. It fits perfectly with the cornerstone intake.

One question- How much coolant did you put in? I know it fits more than stock but also don’t want to overfill. I probably have an extra quart in then stock to start, it’s slightly above the sight glass.
Can this install be done in the driveway? Didn't know if it was little plug and play kinda and the system didn't need bled or anything.

I went right over top with this one, I believe it came with two sided tap or it was sticky on the back, so not sure if American Brothers includes tap but it should work.

Correct, it was plug and play and did it in the garage in about an hour. It mounts to the oem holes and fits perfectly.

I'm about to order this tank. From order, how long did it take to come in?
Do they send decent install instructions?

From order to my door was about 2 weeks. I don’t believe it came with instructions, it was pretty much plug and play. Any questions while installing let me know.

Finished some of the engine bay today. Big Thanks to @DMR for the help installing the Fenfab coolant tank and the custom caps from American Brothers.

Tank had a small leak, sucked to drain it and swap back but Fenfab took care of it and fixed it quick. Thanks to Brett

Original tank..

Looks great man. Glad you got the leak figured out with Brett.

Added Serpentine/accessory belt idler pulleys to match the already installed drive belt tensioner pulley, adjustable idler and fixed idler pulleys. The stock plastic pulleys drove me nuts. Also added the American Brothers fuse box cover. Came out great.

Haha. Keep the videos going FTR, love it. You use your truck as it should be. Mine doesn’t get off the pavement, except for a few spirited dirt road runs while hunting and fishing.

Love those! Very clean!!
Did the pulleys get noisy after install? I replaced one that rusted and the new one was loud. I did break in and got better but still louder than the original before it started squeaking.

Those you hot probably have better bearings. I've had 2 start squeaking.

Mind sharing where you got those?

No noise at all, these new ones have better bearings and look much better. Below are websites for all the pulley’s installed:

Drive belt pulleys: ribbed tensioner pulley (know which stock tensioner you have as they have different ones, mine was Dayco) and two idler pulleys- Metco

Adjustable idler pulley- AAD (I bought mine from @Nick797 )

Serpentine/ accessory belt idler pulley’s- TBA Machine

Easy installs and replaced both drive and accessory belts at the same time with gates. If you go with the AAD adjustable idler pulley you need a longer drive belt- went green belt and this one fit perfectly- K100586HD. If you don’t go with the adjustable idler (for supercharger wrap) the stock drive belt size will work fine.

Any other questions let me know.

That’s a deal for all three drive pulleys for under $300. Just make sure you know which tensioner you have- my 2022 was a dayco but could be the mopar one if another trx year. The bolt sizes are different, learned that the hard way.

Nick has it all, one stop shopping!

Will definitely be looking into this
Congrats on the awesome bay again!

Can’t find a brake reservoir cover for the TRX so ordered one for a diesel Ram and did some cutting and grinding. Came out well.

Added the jmb hard coolant hose a few weeks back as well. Nice little project. I have the billet tech thermostat so took a little tweaking to fit right. Came out well though.
