Wanted to give a shout-out to Koons for a great experience. My truck arrived a bit earlier than expected and I work in patient care- which means my schedule is rather inflexible. Despite this (and I probably shouldn't be saying this on the forum because everyone might come to expect it) Craig, Brian, and Leo bent their rules a bit and made it happen for me on very short notice. It was also obvious they had to put in a bunch of extra work to make it happen that day.

Their reason for doing so: they appreciate what those in healthcare do and the sacrifices that come with it... and were willing to inconvenience their Saturday to let me get my truck. The process once there was straightforward and friendly.

It's nice to see that such a large volume dealer can still pay attention to the details- and despite ultimately being a business- show they still care about people. When I emailed Craig and said that I wouldn't be able to make any of the dates over there work for several weeks- and why- I expected a cut and paste response telling me just find the next available appointment opening. Instead- he asked if he could call me... and then called to tell me he would try to make it work that day. And he did.

Kudos to Koons- I'm glad to see that some dealers still have a soul.

I second this. Ours was placed on 12/31 and arrives to us in Florida on Saturday. They responded to every single email that same day.

Glad to hear the positive experiences with Koons. I’m waiting on my truck to arrive at Koons from the factory so this is good news for me

Glad to hear, Koons' response and tracking is great! My girlfriend has a 392 Wrangler on order with them. Great experience thus far!

Haha no, I wanted one. So it was just Leo 😂
On a serious note check Granger post about warranty. Supposedly he sells it at $100 mark up, lowest in business. You can ask koons to match or can cancel for refund and buy with Granger if the diference in price is worth it for you

I'll do that! Thanks for the heads up

Sweet, 6 months and counting for a build I was promised in January by cons I mean koons. Seriously, if anyone wants my build,pm me.

This is nice to hear. Congrats on the new truck and good luck! My truck is in transit to Koons now.

I dont believe they ever promised a time for anyone ordering from them. When I ordered in November they said my guess is as good as there's when I will get my truck.

This is good to hear. I'm waiting on my order to be delivered to them, built and brought to a parking lot on 4/12. I know Koons can't pull the truck through the shipping system, but good to hear it's a good experience at the dealership. I will say they are good at returning emails. I just wish RAM was better at putting trucks on trains.
