For those of us that will be taking delivery in the next month or two, was wondering if there is an updated known issue list and whether someone that has taken delivery recently can comment on how many of these they encountered? I’ve found some older posts on this topic, but nothing in the last six months or so…

I think fully seated fuses and loose grounds may still be an issue for some. I picked up mine in February and have not had an issue.

Seems like crap batteries, crappy Uconnect 5 issues, paint problems, driveline clunk,IC leaks etc are still around though not widespread (other than the Uconnect 5 issues)

Took delivery In July. Only issue so far is a tight spot in steering that is annoying. Hopefully will go away after a few miles

I just picked up my 392 in the same color as my TRX, which I picked up in February. The paint on the 392 is an order of magnitude better than the TRX. The overall build quality that I have seen on the 392 is much better than the TRX.

Just took delivery on my wife’s Rubicon 4XE from Chapman this evening… top notch delivery experience. They had a few TRXs on the lot all looked to be in really good shape, none of the paint issues everyone has been mentioning.

My TRX is still at least two months out…

My 22 TRX has great paint and interior. Except for nicks in the driver's door arm rest. Working with Ram now on the repair.

2500 miles in and the only issue I've had is the wireless android auto losing my phone. It reconnects on its own. Usually down 30 seconds or so.

Fluid levels were mostly good on arrival, coolant closer to min but on the good side.
No cv or driveline issues yet.
The middle ambient in the back door wasn't there, nor was the harness equipped for it.

I have a crazy wind noise at the driver's front window at 50+mph. It's almost like the windows down, but it's not. You can feel the window shaking when you get to around 70mph. I did check the area behind the heads-up display, and it's not missing the screw. Goes in Tuesday for a look

Good to know. I ordered a 2023 392 XR a couple days ago in Earl.

You probably got one of those screwed up front window seals messed up from the factory. I’ve seen to many post saying they brought trucks into dealers and ended up having to replace the front windshield and reseal it completely off

Don't think so. I think the door sticking out past the fender is catching air, it's horribly misaligned and sticks out a 1/4 past the fender when it's suppose to be flush.

What's a 392?
