I’m not spreading any information. I’m just sharing my experience of warranty issues in California. And specifically the dealers around the Sacramento area which are known to be horrible. And yes the Roseville and Sacramento dealer were not interested in helping with a brand new truck. I have a whole post about it somewhere with Pictures. Not true but to each their own. A warranty defect is a defect, a scratch or dent fix is something you’d put on the due bill when you go to sign paperwork. All of us who didn’t buy locally, which I rarely do, get the same warranty service as the next guy. Spreading false info to make yourself feel better that you paid more than you had to is on you.
In California buying at MSRP is a win. If feels great walking in and ordering at MSRP instead of calling around trying to save some money on a 100k truck. Driving half the country to go back home. I’m familiar with all the below msrp dealers. I explained why I’m not interested else where. I lose $5000 leaving my businesses for two days. I’m not trying to to drive or have it shipped from else where.
I found the right dealer for me personally. And it felt good ordering like a boss and not try to beg for few thousands off… thousands of Miles away from home. If $7000 is a problem I suggest not buying a 100k car. But that’s me personally. I dont buy anything if it’s not paid in full!
By the way, you can read on few different Facebook groups and the nightmare stories of TRX breaking down and different dealers giving them different Information about coverage. It’s not just me!
