I had the radio off yesterday, so it really got my wife’s attention. She wanted to know why it was so much louder…being a smart man…not needing to fess up to costs incurred on an intake, I simply blamed it on the radio being off.

Just got done installing the S&B 75-5150D intake on my TRX and all I can say is WHOOOOOOSSSSSHHHHH! LOL

Instructions called for 1.5hrs and I was at about 2hrs. I made sure the hose clamps at the throttle body were torqued and marked so I hopefully don't have the same issues others have had with them backing out later. Overall the fitment was great but it seems the plastics they used on the intake itself (dark, almost black) and the replacement shrouds (gray) could use some work in the matching department. I can't really tell any HP/Torque gains from driving it since these beasts are so fast already. But I'm soon adding the AWE exhaust and look forward to the combined increases they both claim to add.

I installed the AFE Momentum GT Pro 5R and something as just adding that, makes a huge difference!
