HP Tuner PCM upgrade

Having an issue after installing a new unlocked PCM from HP tuners and running underground tune on my TRX I have a persistent code returning. It’s code P057B. I’ve calibrated the sensor with Alfa OBD and a Xtool D7 and the same code returns after a few miles.
Has anyone ran into the same issue? If so what was the solution?

You calibrate it with HP tuners.
That i recall it's VCM scanner Special functions
