2025 F150 Raptor 802A
New member, here to learn more about the upcoming SRT TRX. Currently drive a ‘25 Raptor 802A (37 package). Pic attached for reference. No complaints about my current truck, it’s been solid to date, but always been a RAM fan, steered away given some of the recent issues (not that Ford is perfect by any means).

Like many, looking forward to updates.

Live in Louisiana, but am a Texas boy - Aggie graduate at that… I know, just opened myself wide open to the jokes, what’s new.

Look forward to hearing / learning / conversing with others.

Welcome! I almost went with a brand new Raptor but the exhaust note killed it for me and couldn’t justify the extra money for the R, so went with the TRX. No regrets. Super comfortable.

However, my paranoia surged with ownership, even with IGLA and Compustar installed. I’ve always been a person that doesn’t sit with his back toward the front door and always know my exits. Now, I tend to only go to restaurants where I can sit outside and visually monitor the TRX parked 😂

Hopefully, you won’t have as much paranoia 😂

Paranoia, like parking in the rear of parking lots and just getting my steps in.. or taking the wife’s SUV when only crowded places will be available? But when mud is involved, well there’s only one choice, not to mention flash flooding in LA that we are prone to…

I hear ya, exhaust note aside, the Raptor is solid, add a Goosetune to it and she’ll move… the R with the mark-ups seems ridiculous (IMO), that left the RHO and just was worried about the electric system… but here comes the TRX - would seem a game changer. I’ll wait and see what they fetch, figure MD might still be the place to get a RAM and they get the electrical system ironed out. Again, ford has their own issues, but GEN3 Raptor I’ve enjoyed

Yep. I always park away when I drive the Tahoe to avoid door dings and get my steps in too

Nice, haven’t adorned the truck with anything… doesn’t play too well in Tiger country and not really wanting to have the Raptor a target. Do have a hitch cover that shows up on occasion when it’s going to be in a safe area (like work), when we are playing each other… enjoyed the recent series sweep at The Box here in town. Also have a collection of Former Student stickers from giving every year.
