which one
I just talked to my dealer and I've been in KZP status for a week now. they haven't been invoiced and they say I should expect it to be delivered to them in 6-7 weeks as that's typical from this stage.

The tracker says it'll be delivered to them on 1/13 but that's probably BS. my question is are they being shipped like they normally would be or is there still a hold up and we only think it's been resolved?

My 2021 was in KZP until it got unloaded off the train back in Aug 2021

Now my 2023 has also been in KZP with no update.

I also talked to my dealer yesterday, “KZ” status and they said it hadn’t left the plant.

Tracker still says 1/12… WS came out last Friday night…

They said it could come by rail to MA or car carrier.

Maybe the first one that arrived at the major forum dealer…. didn’t have the center infotainment system stolen, maybe that’s a new feature for 2023 ;)

My unit is in KZ and was also built on 12/14. Ram Tracker originally showed estimated delivery of 1/17 which changed to 12/24 today. Still shows TBD for shipped however.

Did the dealer give you the updated date ? Or the ram order tracker web site ?

The date changed on the Ram Tracker, but it still does not show as shipped. Not sure how much stock I would put into the Ram Tracker dates. The POC the dealer gave me from a few days ago says estimated ship date of 12/14.

The fact they haven't been invoiced tells me it's still sitting there. my concern is why ? is this typical or is it because it's not ready to ship for the same reason it sent into storage in the first place.

A few have shipped out but thousands should be shipping and from what I see that's not happening.

My truck is KZ which means invoiced to dealer.

I've been in KZ since 12/14. Haven't reached out for an update in a couple days.

Location says: VASC - Taylor Auto Auction Yard 2

No clue what that means, but definitely doesn't sound like a train...

KZ means ready to be invoiced. I've been in KZ for a week and they haven't been invoiced. they also had a ship date of 12/28 and now there is no ship date.

Tracker still says 1/13 delivery, but they just laughed.

Near as I can tell nothing has changed they're still just sitting there .

@RageWhite I was looking up VASC meaning - and this is what I found (VASC - Taylor Auto Auction YD - Quality Control/storage facility) - you should contact your dealer they should know all this.....

Mine is also not showing any updates in KZP - But I see trucks being built last week are already Built shipped in KZM

I really hope my truck wasn't one of the stolen ones

Nice. Thanks for the info. I checked in with Koons again today and they provided a new POC with the same KZ status reflected

I'm leaning towards thinking it's an overflow lot for completed trucks, but I'm definitely curious when they will actually ship...

...or maybe they already have shipped and the info just won't update until the truck arrives, as some have stated before. Sounds like the tracking system is pretty hit or miss.

Well my 2021 did shipped from KZP status back in Aug, 2021 and did not update till it arrive at the local rail yard here in California.

KZ means ready to be invoiced.
Is that actually the case? The code on my POC states it pretty clearly.

"KZ - Released by plant and invoiced"

Not saying I'm right, but the verbiage is pretty clear.

Mine is also KZ, and the dealer told me they have not been invoiced. so it's definitely not shipped .

I'm not sure how long it takes from invoice to getting it paid to loading on a rail car. but we're going to find out I guess, I just wish they'd send the invoice.

Granger received their first 23 already and mine is now KZS. The Ram Tracker says it shipped on 12/19 with ETA of 12/24.

As far as I can tell they're just sitting there waiting to be invoiced , so nothing is happening.

I have a friend with a '23 Longhorn ordered through the local dealer so I've been pushing him to see what they know. turns out they haven't been invoiced for any upper level 23's either so none are in route.

I suspect whatever the hold up was still is. it makes no sense Ram wouldn't want their money if they were ready to ship.
