The guy at the dealership that I'm working with isn't the most reliable for giving me my current build code when I check in with him. Is there anyone on here that has the ability to look that up for me or is the dealer that I'm working with the only one that has access to my build? I'm using the new tracker online but I'd like to know the exact code if possible.

@JumpSquadAuto - post relocation please

I believe status codes are provided by dealer, and the Stellantis phone reps.
I've spoken to the phone reps but all they will tell me is that it has been built and that there isn't an ETA to the dealer.

Shipping is a giant black hole… always has been. There’s guys / gals waiting months for built trucks to get delivered.

No doubt. Mine's been built for just over a month. Was just curious where mine is currently (KZP, KZS, etc.) and my dealer isn't much help.

I’d assume if there hasn’t been any updates and that it’s in storage / awaiting shipment. Bug your dealer every few days for an update. They truly are the best source of info for your build once it’s built. I’ve personally been out of the loop for a bit on shipping but my dealer would take a screen shot and send me the progress of my order every day or so when it was in shipping. Each dealer is different in how they communicate with the customer.

That would be nice. Mine's apparently not quite as punctual. I've sent him a message so we'll see if I hear back. Appreciate it.

No problem. Shipping sucks… just prepare yourself for a potential drawn out process.

I beat @JumpSquadAuto to it. Also the build codes are typically provided by your dealer… Or you can decipher the messages that Ram Chat sends. It’s way easier to just get them from your dealer.
You gonna put me out of job here soon haha.
