I ordered mine in Stormtrooper colors, so I'm not sure I'm allowed in here. But, I have to say, I'm having a bit of Granite-envy. Great pictures and video- keep 'em comingLove these pictures!! Vicariously living through those that have received. Ordered mine in Granite. Love the color combo with the two tone black! Thanks all for sharing.
Did you get any PPF installed before going out? Any scratches or dings from the rocks getting kicked up?Did about 100 miles of off-roading over the weekend where King of Hammers is held. Very impressed with how the truck worked out of the box. I'll get video of the more technical stuff next time but it handled pretty much anything outside of deep g-outs or larger whoop sections. Had a couple scenarios where I found myself in some crawling areas that the truck is just too wide for. Also got new wheels and 37s installed last night.View attachment 32126View attachment 32128View attachment 32130View attachment 32135View attachment 32134View attachment 32133
Thanks!Looks great, thanks for sharing, did you go with 12.5 or 13.5 tires, what offset wheels? Thanks
.
Got some chips/scratches on the lower black section on the bedsides and a couple small scratches from a bush under the headlight.. Hardly noticeable though unless you're looking for them. I wasn't going to do PPF because I bought this truck knowing it was going to see a lot of dirt time and it's a truck.Did you get any PPF installed before going out? In November my ppf took some some damage. Stripes that can't be fixed without ppf replacement. But it is a truck after all. If the ppf wasn't there, the paint would have taken the hit instead. I did have to do about $2k of dent and ppf repair though. I got too crazy on the whoops and on my final pass I let up too soon and the ass kicked out like a mule. Threw me into large shrubs (small trees). Dented my a pillar, drivers door and rocker. The ppf peeled off in a few places but the paint was untouched. My truck is no longer a virgin, she was broken in proper.Got some chips/scratches on the lower black section on the bedsides and a couple small scratches from a bush under the headlight.. PPF is getting installed in a few weeks but I just couldn't wait. Probably going to cost me $1-200 in paint correction before PPF but I had a hell of a time using the truck as it was intended. Now the debate is whether I do Xpel on the high impact areas or do the whole truck in stealth.
Man you really sent it hahah. Glad to hear the PPF protected the paint. In November my ppf took some some damage. Stripes that can't be fixed without ppf replacement. But it is a truck after all. This is the best Granite Photo I've seen.. Nicely done.Picked up my truck today in Atlanta. The color is even better in person. these were both taken today.
Care to share the info on the mud flaps? Those are the best I've ever seen.
Gatorback, they work great but were very pricey.Care to share the info on the mud flaps? Those are the best I've ever seen.
