Get your oil here

With 6-month oil changes on our TRXs, we go through lots of oil, right?
Thought it might be good if we could share some tips on where you find DIY deals on oil, specifically, the Pennzoil Ultra 0-40 that Ram recommends.
I'll start by sharing a recent purchase from OK. If you use the code OK10, you can get a 12-pack for around $85. This is the best deal I have found, but if you have one that is better, please share it with your forum buds.

Also, check the Pennzoil site for rebates. They run promotions for gift cards etc. if you have the patience of Job to deal with filling out rebate forms.

Thanks for the heads up on this place. I saved $32 vs the Amazon price. Last time I bought PUP 0w-40 from Napa it was .14¢ per quart cheaper than the OK Petroleum price but Napa's promotional prices are few and far between.

So if your life depended on it, you choosing Redline, Amsoil, or Penzoil?

Redline- the problem is everyone is out of stock now. Does anyone know what the story is? Did they stop making it? Where can we buy it?

The place I ordered my 5 gallons no longer has it, but there is 1 available here:

Amsoil. If they were to packup and disappear, Redline would probably be my top candidate for replacement.

If those two weren't around, I may give Ravenol's top line a try. Pennzoil is just too thin for my liking (it typically skews thinner than other oils), although I am probably just being paranoid and it seems to work well.

I just did my oil change about 2 months ago. I went with Amsoil actually and will probably just keep going with them tbh. I wanted to go with Redline but everywhere I ordered it from would respond back saying that they were out of stock. I got my 8 quarts and a Amsoil filter for a like $145 or so if memory serves correct. Also have no problems getting more in future.

Red Line moved their plant out of California earlier this year, so there was a good stretch when production was shut down. They are back up and running now in TN so most places should be getting it back in stock.

I'm going to make the switch to Redline. Is Around $65 a gallon what everyone is seeing as well?
I’ve been using redline 5w50 since first oil change and now over 40K miles. Sent the oil to black stone once and came back perfect so I just keep on driving it and I change my oil at 5K religiously. I also use a full quart of Motorkote hyper lubricant with every oil change.
