I wonder if Georgia has more lenient sentencing for this type of behavior since they were the home of The Dukes of Hazard? He forgot that:
a) TRX has a very low speed limiter
b) is not a ferrari but a fckn offroad truck and he can drive over curbs, grass, anywhere, then take advantage of 0-60

But decided to and evaded troops on a highway anyway.
