I had my 2020 Dodge Ram Rebel totalled by an illegal immigrant who did not have insurance or a license. He hit my back right wheel while drag racing and sent me into a roll over the median on I-89 where I rolled a dozen times. The car saved me and my daughters life. Pics attached.
That night in the hospital (early August) I was so pumped on RAM and the car saving us (and being an amazing truck anyway), that I ordered the new TRX. This was the very beginning of August. I got a VON that day (63615475).
Every month I’ve gotten an update and the updates have just been “nothing is happening”. I live in rural Vermont, and having a truck with snowies on it in the winter is kind of a big deal. Just frustrated with the whole process. I’m offering a lot of money for a car! I’ve also been driving around depressing enterprise rentals (nissans) in the interim which has soured my mood a lot.
It sounds like they don’t have an allotment, but its been over three months now, so I find that crazy.
Hopeful I get it beginning of next year at this point but just a really bad customer experience after being a real lover of the trucks anyway before it saved my life and now a devout and rabid RAM truck lover.
I don’t know that I have any questions. Just hey! Excited to get my truck. If anyone knows any ways to speed it up I’ll buy you some beer or scotch.
