Wow thats actually crazy! Mine has the same issue. I cant believe they couldnt fix the problem and lemoned it for that. I really dont want to lose this truck for that issue with the way the market is now on these trucks. Did they ever mention if that issue would cause damage to the truck if not fixed?So I want to let everyone know the outcome of my issue. My local dealer literally replaced all of the components in the left front suspension and it still popped. FCA got involved and made the truck a lemon. Kudos to them for giving me a fair price.
I turned around and bought a new 2023. WHen I drive it over the same bump…it is night and day difference in the travel of the suspension. Clearly there was something allowing the shock to travel way more and likely causing something to bottom out.
I also wanted to give a plug to Castle Rock Dodge. They were sympathetic to my dilemma. They sold my a truck below MSRP and even delivered it to me for free. Thanks Scott Brunelle.
