Reading the thread about the guy that doesn't like his TRX, I see people mentioning that they have footwell lighting in their trucks. I have the ambient lighting in the doors, but have no lights in footwell area on driver or passenger side. I have a Level 2 which has most options. Anyone know why or how to get them to work?

Also, I saw an older thread from February regarding some people getting their trucks with metal accelerator and brake pedals, and some people getting the basic black pedals. I have the basic black ones and wanted to know why I didn't get them, or which package they came with.

Loving the truck so far, just trying to figure out a few of these things. Thanks.

I have footwell lighting, but do not have the metal pedals. In my challengers they came in a box in a trunk where you take the rubber off and put the metal on, but they did not come with the TRX.

Make sure the overhead button to disable your interior lights isn’t activated. If you have a panoramic roof it’s in the area of those buttons or you may have your interior lights dimmed down too far on the scroll wheel on the left side of the dash near the steering wheel.

There is a "Dimmer" that you can adjust the brightness, maybe you have it turned all the way down. It's located on the dash to the left of the steering column . Took me a while to figure it out too.

And the footwell lighting is in the front and rear of the truck. Everything should be well lit if you have it adjusted correctly.

My understanding is the metal pedals were on a few press trucks and early factory runners but didn’t make final production. Not sure if that’s true, but there are some out there but they definitely do not come with the trucks.

Took me a while to figure out the right dial can't be on max for the ambient lighting to work. I have the right side dial turned one step below the max, and I have the left side dial turned all the way up. My doors have the lights but still nothing in any footwell.
If I press the overhead button to turn on all the lights, then they do light up.

Anyone have a part number for Mopar pedals that are compatible with the TRX?

I have wondered about the pedals as well. Changing the gas pedal wouldn’t be that bad, not so certain about the brake pedal though.

I was looking at EBay and did see covers you can buy for the pedal. They didn’t look to be of the highest quality though.

Problem with accelerator pedal is it’s not flat in the back.

Question. Does the ambient lighting package in level 2 change colors? I wanna order them if it doesn’t but the video showed different colors on the display but each kit from the place he bought the lights from you can only choose one color? I just don’t wanna waste the money if it already changes color

It does not change colors.

Not sure if this question relates to thread but don’t want to start a new one. Is there anyone that sells direct replacement to the OE white footwell ones? I’d like to swap mine to a red

My 2023 came with these pedals.

LED lights correct? I think the only kit available is the paragoptics
I have the Oracle that requires wires to be ran.

All the ones I’ve seen at the plant have the metal pedals. Never seen one with basic pedals.

I would like to state that the TRX leaves quite a bit to be desired in the ambient lighting dept for such an otherwise nice interior and high price tag.

My Gen 2 Raptor had better interior lighting, cost $25k less, and was 4 years older.
