I think it's called a fender spat, here is a screenshot, looks like these are the part #s.

Passenger side rattle. Driving me insane!

So about two months ago, I noticed a rattling noise coming from the front passenger compartment area. It only comes up at highway speeds of 50+ and gets progressively worse to about 70. Local dealer had it for about 2 1/2 days, confirmed they heard it but could not locate where it was coming...
