Hello, I just bought my first TRX (21 model) and noticed it has the infamous bubbling dash panel.

I was wondering what the part number was on it and where I could get one?

I hope you have a good dealership that will work with you. I am fortunate enough to have a good one that helped with bringing cost down and even gave a 2 year warranty. It's not cheap and happening more often and as these trucks get older only going to get worse.

Mines getting the bubble now too but only on the right side of cluster near windshield.

I have a star in the windshield from a rock thrown up a while back. When I replace the windshield I'll probably try and put some kind of adhesive on it to get it fixed while they have it out. Don't want to buy a new dash. Already been down the dash repair road. AC line was leaking so they had to remove it to fix the leak.

Good news is it only took them 2-3 days once they got to it to complete the repairs.

Easy and quick enough for a simple fix to save a couple bucks, ima try that
Here's the post where someone provided a link to the glue they used. They mention 26 gauge needles, but corrected it a bit further down.

I used 23 gauge needles and Tear Mender on mine. It’s been holding fine, and looks better but I only glued it because I can’t get a new one and this one just kept getting worse in the summer sun. I’ve been trying to go out of pocket to replace the dash myself for 6 months but the part is on perpetual back order and Ram Cares…uh…doesn’t seem to.

The newer material they used 2023+ just looks better and hopefully won’t shrink as quickly.

Are you sure the dealership reached out to @RamCares ? My guy kept giving me the run around saying no one was getting back to him. He was just unfamiliar with the process and finally figured it out.

I messaged them and they confirmed the dealership had reached out but not submitted a claim. I got them to communicate and it went smooth after that.
