Couple of new 24 final editions

Yeah, it’s outrageous. Mine was $100K and it feels like a deal now.

I won’t let the TRX go unless it gets taken from my dead hands after a gun battle.
Ordered my 2022 in December of 2021 (made the dealer who was in Chicago to take a deposit so I was price protected) had it delivered to San Diego in April of 2023.

Fully loaded, level 2, no box left unchecked $91k

By the time it was delivered it was $100k so saved myself $9k just by giving a $2k deposit

I see this a lot, "Fully loaded or no box left unchecked". Looking through your pics you don't have the Rambar, bed mount spare tire carrier, bedside decals, hood graphics, or tow mirrors. It also looks like you ordered it without running boards and added power running boards afterward. I'm not trying to be a dick, but if you checked every box, you'd be at about $97k.

^^This man checks boxes

I literally got mine for 40K difference just on MSRP alone. With the discount I got from Granger it was almost 50K from the FE. But if I had the money, I wouldn't mind throwing it into the burning profit barrel that is Stellantis. 😁
Ya, especially when 2 years ago you could order one for about $40k less(from some of the discount dealers on this forum). And they came with more, or should i say less missing parts
I don't understand the math here. When I look at 2021 price history...sure the advertised base MSRP was super cheap, but when you add all the options (whether on the Launch Edition or Level 2 add-ons), the price was about $91.5K with the same options I got on my 2023. My 2023 (after Granger discount) before taxes/fees was $94.9K. So unless you ordered a 2021 at super discount, the price difference is nowhere near $40K (assuming you were able to order from any of the super discount dealers here on the forum in 2022 or 2023).

Now of course, the 2024 model year is crazy with the MSRP increase and "Final Edition" BS, but it's still not $40K?

Final edition for $126k. I paid $87.5k. That is where i get the almost $40k difference from

How is Ram ripping people off? I'm pretty sure they have to disclose the price before they sell it. I'll admit, I've bought things before without checking the price but dealers usually do a pretty good job of making you sign forms stating how much you are paying.
These prices are preposterous but whatever man, you do you.

Copy. What all options were on your truck?
Everything, its fully loaded(minus this and minus that haha)...kidding
Id have to find the window sticker, but it is a level 2 and pretty well equipped with most options

Yep, that’s about a $40K increase compared to the Final Edition.

Jesus.

Thats what im saying...and i have all my leather handles and door lights
Yeah, sorry man. I didn’t realize the Final Edition sticker was so high compared to normal 2024s. Math makes sense now.

I must’ve had a brain fart.

Came down to the beach for Spring Break - just living the slow life for a week. Very fitting that they hand out HYDRO BLUE wristbands for membership access.

I mean I’m speechless. Almost $135K OTD with taxes…..

That’s is ridiculous but how many people pay anywhere near msrp? Most ‘24’s are advertised at 5-9k off which is still a rip off but you know what they say about a fool and his money. I met one guy last year who paid $101k which was msrp but said dealer threw in 4k in extras. I was feeling sick hearing his story then when he told me he finance it all my stomach turned. He was just a working guy that hated money lol

$126K… I am truly disgusted with where the auto market is.
I don't understand anyone who would pay $126k or more for a 2024.

Even if I crapped $$.... I'd buy a 2023 and pocket the difference... Or drop the extra $30k going nuts with mods-finish etc...

But WTF do I know? Someone is buying them.

There’s a few on dealer lots within 100 miles of me. Granted I’m in Houston where the smaller dealerships have 5-6 and bigger dealerships have 16-20 on their lots rotting away. It’s sad but the greed priced them out of the market. One sales manager at our poker game last night said they sold 1 for 5k off 2 months ago. Few people look but not serious buyers he said. He thinks we will see 20k off soon because they want to move them before RHO comes out.

Good intel, so glad I bought the 22 when I did. Yeah they need to move them before the RHO because they’re going to be sitting in the same dealer spots as these Final Editions for a long time.
