Core4x4 rear sway bar end link upgrade for Hellwig

Side note. I wish Core4x4 made the bar itself too. Their end links still look new while the bar is getting rusty already. Not the end of the world but pretty pathetic after one winter and a mild one at that.

In hindsight I should have just bought an OEM sway bar from a regular 2009-2023 Ram and the Core4x4 links. I know this bar is thicker than the OEM but still. This setup is definitely not worth the $444 they want these days. Especially after throwing half the Hellwig parts away anyhow.

Awesome, and thank you guys. Just waiting on them to arrive, don't even want to drive it with out them since I know how much of a difference it will make lol. What did you guys do about the bracket that is holding the wires up, just leave in place and bolt the strut to it?

Yup, that bracket can stay right where it is.

Has anyone with the Geiser springs put these end links in? I have the rear sway bar on order and would like to get these installed at the same time, or am I going to have to order both 4" and 5" lift options....

Done and done, freaking love it. Knew it would make a big different in feel around a corner as well as from a launch. Went with inner holes just because. Hardware came with the links but used different top bolts, also used blue lock tight just incase. Already want the front hellwigs, have a feeling it will round it off well.

So does anyone have a contact at Core 4x4 to see if they might make an entire rear sway bar kit for the TRX soon? Seems they already have half the kit.

Did you ever find out which size to order? Would like to pick up a set myself. Geiser springs w/37” tires.

Wasn’t really a fan of the cheesy end links or “fend for yourself” hardware situation you face when installing the Hellwig kit, so I looked into some upgrades. Found these Core4x4 end links you can get in any color and length based on your needs. They are grease-able which is a huge plus.

And best of all, they come with the right hardware from the start, so you don’t have to order different top bolts and spacers from the hardware stores, like you do when using the Hellwig links.View attachment 52327

I ordered for 3” lift (which is 14.25” center to center) and that has the sway bar level. Obviously it may vary a bit truck to truck, and depending on what hole you use on the sway bar. So if you already have the sway bar installed you can measure your current links and order what’s closest. Not a must have upgrade, but I think it’s a huge improvement in quality, appearance, and serviceability for the $100.
Looking at doing this I don’t have the sway bar yet. Question are you on stock springs and tires?

I have 37’s with Eibach pro so 2.7 front lift and 1.5 for the rear. How would I best measure the size I need?

I am all stock and the links made for 3” lift are perfect. With the lift spring you’d probably be ordering for a 4 or 5” total lift. When they list “lift size” they are basing that off of a non-TRX.

The absolute best way would be to install it with the Hellwig adjustable links and then measure the length of those when the bar is sitting properly. Adds an extra step but it’s not difficult to swap them out when the core4x4 units arrive…

I called them and placed and order yesterday. They also said you can leave a note on the order like [14.5" center of bolt to center of bolt] and they will customize the length for you. They do custom powdercoat colors too

Do those split collars have enough clearance to allow the bar to still rotate in the bushings? I can't find any that are oval shaped like that? I ordered some circle ones, will those work?
