Have to live in a certain state where they have physical bank locatijns, be a referring relative or work for a certain employer that is covered under their membership benefit extension. There is an eligibility criteria list on their website that is handy. There are a few states outside Georgia that are covered.

I wish I could help you, but I’ve been completely shutdown by DCCU. Got an email from them saying at this time I can’t refer anyone else. I’m glad we got to help so many with this rate while the getting was good.
