TRX finally arrived in Texas today. I ordered through Chapman on January 10th. Arrived at the dealership on June 20th. Shipped to my door July 16th. My experience using chapman was exactly what I expected. Probably the easiest purchase of a vehicle I’ve ever had. 11% off msrp and they honored it. I was not price protected though which was a bummer. 94k POC ended up being 98k msrp by delivery time. A couple minor issues with them. It took awhile for them to get in contact with me after the truck shipped and then getting the paperwork. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt though as it was around July 4th weekend and I’m assuming most people are on vacation. There is a couple issues with their PDI. Coolant levels, orange tape around headlights I can’t get off. I’m going to have my local Ram dealership take a second look Monday morning to double check everything just in case. Nothing major and I’m quite happy with Chapman. I would order another vehicle through them in the future.

I had the TRX shipped though stopwatch which ended up being an AWESOME experience. I highly recommend using them for your shipping needs. I originally got a quote from them in May assuming my truck would arrive at the beginning of June according to the ram tracker. They honored the original quote even with gas going up tremendously in that time frame. Great customer service. Picked up the truck Thursday and was deliver to the San Antonio area (1700ish miles) this morning. They also beat every other quote I got (Fisher & another forum recommendation) by $300.

I can’t thank this forum enough.

A shame they didn’t price protect your order. It doesn’t cost Chapman’s anything but the time to fill out the paperwork. Dan Cummins gives the same discount AND price protects. I know because I bought from @Miles Goff at Dan Cummins

What type of truck/trailer did Stopwatch use?

Stopwatch is just a broker I believe, but the guy they hired had a big ass ram dually with a long open auto transport trailer. Could probably fit 3 or 4 trxs on it. The guy said he had been shipping trxs out of Chapman non stop.

It really is. I had been hearing Chapman was price protecting but I must of ordered after they stopped. Was close to going with Dan Cummins as I inquired with them first but then reached out to Chapman and they got back to me immediately.
