Can you add options after getting vin?

Because of the salesman’s attitude with me the past few months I decided to talk to GM. Surprisingly the GM agreed that he needs to be coached and they’re working on it (not my problem) but anyways the GM called the ram rep and got back to me. It’s in D1 now and they can’t do it. The idiot sales person had told me the GM emailed them in January. That was a lie!

Oh well maybe I’ll do my destroyer gray wrap after all. I don’t know yet. I’m glad that it’s moving at least. I’m sick of waiting and local once are 120k to 130k with 10k less options than mine.
