My 23 has had this issue for over a year now and RAM is just incompetent with their software. Don't expect them to ship any patches, their system is just plagued with bugs, absolute garbage.
My 22 was just fine until yesterday. I took it to the shop to get the driveline clunk fixed (temporarily) for the third time. They flashed the PCA and the transmission. Now I can’t customize drive modes. Taking it back next week for them to fix it. (I’m not confident based on this thread.)
This is horrible. I have my custom drive mode set exactly how I like it.
I did the reset of holding both buttons on the console for ~10 seconds. It went through the full report cycle. I think that’s the hard reset. What is the factory reset and has that actually worked for anyone?Have you tried doing a hard reset or a factory reset? The dealer won't be able to do anything for you, except waste your time.
Take the + and - leads off the battery. Hold them together for 30-60 seconds and reattach to factory reset.I did the reset of holding both buttons on the console for ~10 seconds. I have owned my 23 since brand new for about 41 months now and this issue started for me about 18 months ago meaning that 43.9% of the time I have owned it, the drive mode issues along with the other documented issues that came with the April 2025 update have affected my vehicle and i have been unable to use what I paid for. It was well within warranty when the issues occurred and now is out of warranty. Every time I inquire about a fix, i get no definitive answer. Please provide a real answer.Hi there,
As soon as we have confirmation that a FOTA update will be coming to address the radio-based issues customers are seeing, we will let you all know.
