Bloodshot Graphics Change

Anyone notice that they seem to have changes the roofline and hood layout on the configurator on the Ram website? Where it was solid black in the preproduction models it looks like it is now body color with graphics. Any news I missed on this?

Which is odd considering the description still says "gloss black painted upper cab":

Kinda wish they did do this version though, I think it looks pretty sharp.

This was a deliberate change and can’t imagine this is a mistake. Probably easier to add the graphics than paint it black. Still looks good but would rather have it painted…

that has to be some kind of flaw in their website graphic.. it looks horrendous, the painted design looks like ass too

If you look at the bottom on the back of the truck there is no black as well. So I assume it is indeed some sort of glitch. However, I wouldn’t be surprised if they changed something with this. To my knowledge they have not started building these outside of the demos from earlier.
