I haven't even told mine. She can deal with it when it shows up in the garage. When she brings in the vast majority of the income, I might consider explaining myself...until then, she can like it or love it. ??

The spare will still be mounted under the truck & that spare is the same wheel thats on the truck, so if you ordered bead locks the spare under the truck will be a bead lock. What I‘m not sure of - does the bed mounted tire carrier come with a wheel?

”The bed-mounted spare tire carrier is manufactured with high grade thick gauge steel and high strength welded tubular construction. It is integrated into the vehicle and securely holds up to a 37-inch spare tire in severe off-road conditions. The carrier can be easily removed when you need to use the entire truck box. The standard spare tire is mounted underneath the bed at the rear of the truck.”

The pic shows two spares ,but for the $995 I doubt they throw in an extra spare, that is just too good to be true.....

Yea I'm leaning toward it is just the mount because it is "only" $995 from the company that charges you $1300 for $5 worth of vinyl graphics, however I also would assume that being they want to maximize options and profit that if it didn't come with an extra spare they would give you the option of buying another spare for another $1000 but realistically these tires are probably around $350 each and I would guess the OEM wheels will be severely overpriced like all OEM wheels and be over $650 each so if you want a second spare that matches for your mount it will likely cost you another $1000ish you can order after you get your truck but if it were mine I would just put the matching spare it comes with on the mount and grab a cheap steel wheel and rubber to throw under the truck where it will get beat up and no one will see it for extreme emergencies when you need 2 spares

Not to highjack the thread (Billet Silver - best color on TRX) but I would use the space when removing the spare from below, for an addon fuel tank. This will be a thirsty truck....

Yeah lets not forget the orginal Hellcat in 2015 was touted at drinking 1.5 gallons a minute under full throttle...

That's 22 minutes to drink a 33 gallon tank...
