Sorry brother, my 392 order went fast and I've got nothing but good things to say about the process with them. My TRX order is lagging but nowhere near as long as yours. I don't believe which dealership your order is through affects your timeline at all, it's pure luck of the draw.

Awesome for me, they offered me well above any of the online dealer/brokers and much higher than my local offered me on a MSRP 392 that they wouldn't deal on at all, IMO about the same as I could have privately sold it for plus I got the sales tax offset on top when I registered it back in SD. Completely satisfied with how that process went. They wouldn't quote it until the 392 showed KZ but it worked out great.
