Then I went to BAK website. And got offered 998 dollars.

Yup, they are TruckHero's retail side to directly compete with dealers, which is why they may do some silly discounts to destroy any dealer's margin. 22% OFF is insane. Not much is left on the table.

I’ve negotiated with many of the websites in the last two days. Got the lowest offer of 978. Took it back to bak. And they gave me 965 dollars. Plus 150 rebate visa. Which I’ll swipe in my business to get 145 dollars. The cost net was 820 for the x4s. Not bad.

Not really... they initially started at just over $1000 I think. I mentioned a forum discount and hoping to get it for $825.
They asked what forum and then came back with $885 and I said ok.

I just ordered this for the power wagon while waiting for a trx (which I am becoming more attached to daily). Glad to hear it's good but man the a jamming the TRX owners on price. It's like 210 for the 6'4" bed of the Power wagon. They hear TRX and quadruple the cost on everythng.

It’s not specific to the TRX. It’s just the 5’7” bed

It’s not specific to the TRX. It’s just the 5’7” bed

Well this will show my brain drain. The cover was $1100 for 6'4" bed which makes more sense for the bigger bed, same materials, clamps and H/W for install etc. It was the bedrug mat that was 210 - I ordered them back to back and my mind is simple sorry for the confussion.
