Just curious if any of you that have the AWE 0FG exhaust installed have experienced this. Mine started vibrating about 2 weeks ago. I've had the exhaust installed for about 5/6 weeks now. I tracked it down to the mufflers and it seems one side is vibrating against the frame. Doesn't do it all the time, just in reverse or drive, not while in motion or in park. After speaking with the tuner I'm taking the truck to in a few weeks, he said he just fixed one and has seen it. I'm also curious as to if they just rotated it a little bit or what the fix was. Mine is tack welded at every flange to prevent loosening. Wonder if anybody has ran into this? I was debating on switching to Corsa and this might just do it. Exhaust looks solid underneath but the fitment is kind of so so to be honest.

Where are you located?

Might want to check engine and trans mounts too.

If the engine or trans flexes it can push the exhaust

Rotating some of the pipes should fix it. We had to do this on our own. Thankfully with how the AWE system is built, there’s a decent amount of flexibility.

Hope the tack welding doesn’t make it too difficult for them

Had my AWE system installed at my muffler shop and no issues two years down the road. I will say that AWE customer service was awesome, somehow I got two boxes labeled one of one. Called about my problem and they sent via federal express next day box two of two and we sent our duplicate back no money and no questions.

My point is call AWE and talk them through it and I’m sure they’ll help!

Protip: don't ignore the instructions where they say you may need to loosen the Cat to header bolts in order to slightly rotate the Cats.

I had to loosen mine when i installed it! But 2 years old now as well and it is still perfect with zero issues!
