Posts like these remind me of when I joined the forum with the same questions. There's really no rhyme or reason at all. Some have gone from D to D1, built and at the dealer in 5 weeks total. Some have waited 11 months. You may get very frustrated as you see build sheets day by day with the same or more options than you ordered and their order was placed well after you. Your truck may be built and sit at the yard for a month waiting to get on the rail. You may get frustrated at the complete lack of info that Ram provides other than their tracking website which is questionable at best. The only advise or info I can relay is that there is no way to figure it out, because there is absolutely no pattern. Try, the best you can to not get frustrated and just check in with your dealer from time to time and remember it may take a long while. I was given that advise when I asked the same questions, was frustrated and asked any which way I could to come up with some reason to think there was hope. I didn't listen and it made the experience miserable, UNTIL I picked up the beast. People will say its worth the wait, you won't believe it, I didn't. I picked it up and I am now a believer, its absolutely worth the wait. I hope you get some sort of comfort or perspective from what I am saying, but having been on your end you probably won't. Hopefully your number will be called sooner than later
