Audio upgrade information

Sorry for bring up an old thread. Does anyone have the proper way of wiring up a 6.5 or 6x9 Component set in the front doors of a HK system to an external amp.
I want to connect the amp speaker outs to the harness under the drivers seat. I believe there is only one wire going from the harness to the door that is connected to the stock 6x9 and 3.5 in upper door. Should I connect the stock wire in the door to the Component sets cross over and wire 6.5 and fish the wirer up for the tweeter?
Or is there a separate wire from the harness under the seat and I can keep the component set cross over under the seat and connect to the stock wires accordingly? Also is there room in the door to mount the crossover box?

The 6x9 and 3.5 each have their own set of wires going from the factory amp to the doors. The PAC APH-CH03 T-harness will give you the ability to connect to those wires under the seat without cutting anything.

Looking for ideas of how to incorporate these old subs I pulled out of my beater from high school, into my TRX. 10” subs. Still hold up and kick good 10 years later.

Probably have to do some sort of new custom box(s) under rear seats? I don’t have patience or time to wire it up myself so would take it to an audio shop for that.

I like the HK system and have no issues with how it sounds. Adding these to my truck would make the audio pretty ridiculous lol. And I like hearing the exhaust. But love some added bass too.
