Anyone seeing tracker updates?

I'm still tracking 91 open/active member orders (using the VON/lastname on a version of the Ram tracking site), and nothing has updated for the past few days. So my question is - has anyone seen anything change this week? The last change I saw was on Sunday, and I am wondering if the Ram tracker is broken again.

I always assumed the "vehicle Tracker" was broken/unreliable. Of the few trucks I dealer ordered over the years the tracker has always been lagging in real time status up to it coming off the transport truck and the tracker would indicate it's "Scheduled" or "In Production".

Do you know if the tracker and DealerConnect use the same data for updates? I got a text from my dealership on Monday with a status update, but that was likely updated Sunday. No updates since then.

I assume the same database, but theirs tends to provide status changes immediately (whereas the customer-facing one only updates once a day). But I wonder if they're seeing any changes now.
There was some sort of massive server problem last week, with errors galore. I wonder if some background service stopped working and they haven't noticed.

Maybe, possibly - broken?

I haven’t seen an update on the tracker since mine went to “in-production”. It hit in production 10/27 and was told that it’s in the body shop since 10/28. There is also no photo anymore since it went in/production either, not sure if that’s anything?

Another user, almost same exact build as mine (difference of 1 option - I have towing(he doesn’t) he had bed cover I don’t) other wise we ordered same day, went into production same day, may have went to body shop same day as well. His has been shipped, but mine has not at least according to the tracker via ram.

Could possibly be that the tow option(the one that doesn’t make you select the tow mirrors) on mine was the cause of delay, but I’d like to say that I doubt it?

I'll reach out to the dealer again in the morning to see if they're seeing any updates and keep you posted.

@Eighty - you asking if we have seen update in customer facing RAM “website” tracker or tracker on this forum ?

I haven’t seen movement on customer facing one (still shows in production) but I know my tuck went KZ status or whatever released for shipping is this past Tuesday on 11/02 and it shows on forum tracker. Hope this helps somehow.
