Ordered a 4 piece front and rear big brake kit for the ram trx and will post results. This is a pic of the custom config 405mm front in red.

They're currently making the rear with e brake option.

2500 shipped to me for the 4.

What I know:
- chinese never made good brakes, even for their own cars
- their replacement parts are 5x cheaper but fail and don't fit well
- most supposed replacement filters are not filters at all and are the main reason of problems

Hope will work for you though

Appreciate you taking one for the TRX team. Keep us posted. Need to do mine soon. Will be watching closely.

Correct, I've seen the cheap quality ones rust and corrode. These are made by the same factory that makes icooh brand you can search them online they are a china brand trying to be the brembo alternative for track guys. At this point I just want bigger brakes since this truck seems to have weak brakes. Plus they look puny

The 4 questions are:

1) is the piston area at least close to stock
2) are the pad shapes something that can be found from regular brake pad companies
3) rotor material: is it good or pot metal (China makes most of the big name rotors so it’s as likely to be high carbon good as it is bad)
4) rotor bolt spacing, is it a common spacing so replacement rings are easily available?

For the safety of everyone driving around you… I truly hope you have zero issues with these.

Secondary thought for you. Understanding you trust alibaba and the no names you are getting. Yes you are saving a few bucks by going this way, but I also have to imagine whenever you go to sell you will have to put the truck back to stock as the average owner will not want this truck with any of these parts.
Then resale of the parts would be much much lower than resale of similar name brand item. So how much is actually being saved when you take into account the second and third effects?

Also any rebuild may be hard to source and warranty non existent.

I could be wrong for the general population , but if I was looking used and someone had built the truck around alibaba parts that would instantly stop me looking at it.
