After software update, issues

Well damn …have a 2024 and all of a sudden (after I noticed a software update a couple weeks ago) my NAV that I have displayed in the center dashboard (the large console NAV screen works perfectly) started to intermittently go blank and now completely is blank except for speedometer/tach and compass heading…anyone have any suggestions before I bring the TRX in for servicing??? Thanks

I did try using the search…no luck, would you mind finding the post where it specifically discusses the NAV that’s displays in the center of the dashboard that goes blank…thanks
PS…I took it in to the dealership last week, their response was after me showing them what it does/doesn’t , service writer, never heard of any problems regarding the update…and will need to make an appointment and leave the truck at the dealership shop for a full day…haven’t scheduled yet…

We’re all in the same boat, it started with an unnecessary forced software update to version U29.44 and continued with version U35.26 that was sent with the intention of fixing the Duck looking RHO engine’s graphics. This version is very glitchy and from what i read here, it ruined many functions we used to have.

I got the same issue with the NAV screen.
The dealership knows nothing about it.
I called RAM Connect phone number and their representative didn’t hear about any of it.
