ADD Bomber LP6 Adjustments

Weather is currently crap but I noticed while driving with all the lumens the other night that my Bomber’s lights need adjusting. I’d go outside and look but am wondering if someone can just tell me the easiest way to make these adjustments? If I remember correctly there is not direct access to the bar that the LP6’s are on that then attached to the bumper internally. Could be dead wrong though!
