There was no such thing so far. Hopefully stays that way
Probably a week or 14 days into November. So when are you expecting vins for new orders?
Ram is prioritizing retail orders over stock orders, regardless of dealership. We sold 4 or 5 Ram TRXs last year for 12 months. We are a top 10 Ram dealership in the Midwest business center (200+ dealers) that's nothing in comparison to big Texas dealership truck sales though. We will deliver over 20 TRXs this month. That should be closer to 40 next month. This highlights the distinction between order allocation and build allocation. Dealers can take as many orders as they want right now. Ram , however, will allocate / pick-up orders based on a formula which apparently includes things like volume and prior sales.
Think about it this way, Ram has over 2500 dealers it needs to keep happy. If each Ram dealership made just 3 TRX orders, based on current build trends, you're talking 3-4 months of production. Now factor in dealerships taking over 100. No way around it, many of us will be waiting for a long long time. Some will not of course. If you can, accept that the discount is worth the wait.
I don’t see mine on there but maybe that is a good thing?View attachment 25851

This is the updated list of "in-progress"
No, the $0 MSRP doesn't mean those trucks are free.
Sometimes they glitch before they are updated. Certainly there are frustrations with production. I get that it can be hard to understand. But there's a balance between wanting "the truck you want" or "getting it first". The pendulum swings back and forth between those two priorities on all of these orders.
Our current count is
9 Delivered
6 on ground waiting to be delivered
15 in-transit (they can only fit 2 TRXs on a transport truck at a time)
17 in build status (E-JS)
4 in D1 status gatelined for production
110 in D status
+ a handful in BG or BX status waiting for November production
Our latest estimated ship date for a D1 status truck is 11-7-21. That leads me to believe we should see a new selection of trucks enter D1 within the next couple weeks and get estimated ship dates.
We have come to a consensus at our store that these are way more fun to sell than a Chrysler 200.![]()
Its definitely a pull the number out of the hat game at Ram... seeing 193xxx in D1 and being built is just a kick to the nuts. Thanks for the updates, hope to see mine in one of your posts soon!View attachment 25851

A kick in the nuts is seeing 2 vehicles being built that was ordered on the same day as yours. Its definitely a pull the number out of the hat game at Ram... seeing 193xxx in D1 and being built is just a kick to the nuts. Thanks for the updates, hope to see mine in one of your posts soon!![]()
I would imagine, higher profit margins too. lolWe have come to a consensus at our store that these are way more fun to sell than a Chrysler 200.![]()
That’s the first I’ve heard or even thought about limits to fitting on an “open” transport. Thought they could send a truck load if they wanted. That could pose another problem when trying to locate a shipper to get one home.15 in-transit (they can only fit 2 TRXs on a transport truck at a time)
I have 3 kids under 5. Does that answer your question.Dam Zach you have some weird hours. Your store is only 700 or so mile from where I live east of me, so that got to be an hour ahead of me. But 9 pm, 2am, 5am posts plus I am sure have to be at the dealership when it's open. Do you sleep? In addition, does suck to see people ordered the same day being built before you. But I have to keep reminding myself how lucky I am to be in D1.![]()
holy moly. bless your soul.I have 3 kids under 5. Does that answer your question.![]()
