My name is Jeff and I will be monitoring your vehicle order throughout the build process. I have opened this special tracking file to both help ensure your order is given prioritization through to delivery, as well as to provide you with available status updates along the way.

At this present time, your vehicle is sequenced for production with all the parts necessary to begin building your order either being scheduled or gathered. I show your order has an estimated production plan timing noted for either the week of 05-31-21 or the week of 06-07-21. Please keep in mind, this timing is estimated and could be subject to change.

Jeff is the best, better than Courtney and the other one. These are canned messages that we have all received at one point or another. Basically, “thanks, be patient and you will win the lottery sooner or later”. It makes you feel better for a little bit, like you are being heard. Until some bloke comes along and bursts your bubble (damn, that’s me this time ) and tells you about the Ram customer service scam (sorry).
Good news tho, it does seem like production is way up and many more members will be winning the lotto eminently. Good luck to you. Meanwhile, I found whiskey to be very helpful during these times until I finallly won the lotto.

So I am starting this thread to find all the 764 Vins and to see who is still in D or has moved on to D1 and beyond....or may actually have their trucks. For those of us still in D its not looking good for moving to D1 if the posting I read about 500 workers being out with covid...which would explain why the numbers are down this week.
