2027 TRX USB-c ports under the screen question

Are both USB C ports supposed to be able to charge? Talking about the ones under the uconnect screen.

My port 1 won’t charge but port 2 will.

Havnt tried the usb A ports because frankly, it’s obsolete in 2026.

Yes they are both suppose to. If one’s not working, is most likely a loose connection on backend or a blow fuse. I would first make sure all fuses are fully seated - been a common problem reported by both rho and trx owners over the years with not all fuses fully seated from factory.

Any idea which fuse and where?

I wonder what fixing or replacing this module entails- will the tech have to rip apart the entire dash and center console to get access.

My local dealer doesn’t have the best techs it seems.
