2027 TRX Payload! I was surprised!

So I was hearing a lot of people talking about the payload being too low on the new 27 TRX. I was curious to go and check mine because of watching the fast lane review one with 958lbs. I thought for sure mine was as low due to me getting the sunroof and bed utility options. I went to check and was very surprised it was over 1,100lbs, which led me to believe all of that extra weight had to be in the beadlock wheels. I did not go with those and had the standard wheels. Just my take of it. Still not great but better than I thought.

Those 1,100 lbs. is right up there with a '68 El Camino or '73 Chevy station wagon.

Yep beadlock capable rims drop your payload. Me I don't mind not my tow rig. That is what a 3500 is for!

Oh nice I’m really happy to hear this because I was a bit worried about it. Sunroof, bed utility group, standard wheels and mopar running boards coming on mine.

Do not really think that this vehicle was seriously intended by RAM to be a "work vehicle". I have to haul as much as 2k in the bed on occasion so this truck will be light duty, very light duty.
