2027 TRX Oil Filter

[Jackw]

Those of you that have done your first oil change, what Mopar oil filter fits the 27 TRX?

My dealer checked the Ram catalog and found part #4884899WC, but it’s showing as unavailable. I’m looking at the Mopar MO-899 (#4884899AC) listed for the 2024 TRX. Any difference in the WC vs AC?

Has anyone confirmed whether the MO-899 is also approved for the 2027, or is there a different/better option? Trying to get everything together for my first oil change.

I don’t see any reason why the filter and oil info from the 21-24 would change at all.
Check out those threads and should be all set.
Wix 57063 is what the upgraded viper filter many of us used for a long time.
That srt branded viper filter has allegedly been redone and is no longer an “upgrade” it’s the same filter suggested for use on the V6. However the Wix version is still the upgraded version.
