Yeah I reached out RAM cares and they’re no help either. I got the email that they send stating that they have no info right now and waiting for my truck to be scheduled for production. My dealer told me early last month that my estimated ship date was September 18.

I guess that’s out the door LOL

I’m a 551 VIN and have had zero updates, ordered on June 25 and black color… this is ridiculous at this point

551 been in d1 since 08-08

Ram customer care told me today I'm currently sequenced and estimated to build first week of September.

Dealership told me originally ship date was 10-1. Monday I was told ship day 10-18.

That’s encouraging to hear! Sounds like they’re about two weeks behind? So I should be looking at some time in October now?

“Thank you for reaching out. I understand that you’re eager to learn the status of your truck, and I appreciate your patience throughout the production process.

Upon reviewing the latest information available, I can confirm that assembly has not yet started. However, your vehicle is currently estimated to begin the build process during the first week of September.

I also wanted to clarify that the previously provided estimated build date of August 31 was a projected date and, unfortunately, production schedules are subject to change based on manufacturing and logistical factors. While we understand that changes to these estimates can be disappointing, they are not uncommon during the vehicle build process.

In the meantime, we encourage you to continue monitoring the Vehicle Order Tracking System (VOTS). Once your vehicle enters production, the status on VOTS will be updated to reflect that progress and provide you with the latest available information regarding your order.

Thank you again for your patience and understanding. If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Unfortunately vots isn't even working so cant is that and dealership cant see build date.

Shane must send out a lot of emails lol. Same person sent mine too

It's possible but we dont know.

Originally quoted 8/31 for build date back in 8/14 and got an email with update today saying this week.

Sounds like we've all been pushed back. I don't mind a little pushed back as long it doesnt get massively delayed.

I'll keep an eye on it shipping wise. At least dealership can update me on that somewhat.

I canceled my original Trx order for my managers order so I didn't have to wait long, not the spec I wanted but I'm more impatient than caring about spec lol

They never answer my texts so I walk in and head directly to managers office and he is able to look it up.
Come to find out most sales people can't see new orders and my previous sales persons have left so it has been passed around.

Yeah it sucks. I placed my order with the sales manager. He’s also pretty bad at responding to my emails hence why I reached out to RAM cares. I don’t live close enough to the dealer to drive over there in person to just find out my status.

Sounds like that sales manager needs a knocked down a peg or two. And definitely a place I wouldn't want to do business with.

I was told to ask sales manager/management since others couldn't look it up. I dont bother them when they are busy.
