2024 Good Deal?

Looking at a 2024 with $116,345 MSRP. About $6500 off. So $109,000 bottom line. Is this a good deal or should I fight for more? Or go find a used 23?
i don't think the trx no matter what edition, is worth 110k plus tax... that's insane.

i mean if you got the cash go for it, but damn the prices have gone up significantly.... that would be really hard for me to pull the trigger on.

i would go for a used 23 or even a used 22....

22 still has uconnect 5. which is huge.... i dont think the digi dash is that big of a game changer... the old cluster is still really really good.

save that money for you're next truck... by that time they'll be $190k

Well considering that I’m in reno right now and was considering trading in my 22 for a 24 and they were asking 145K . That is a great deal. Keeping my 22 and would rather add 40K in mods since I already own it .

I'm in San Antonio Texas, been looking at getting a final edition TRX. I have a Harvest Sunrise with some dealer add on stickered at 132k (dealer adds are things like paint and interior protection lol) dealer offered 117K before taxes. Then a delmonico red with bead lock wheels stickered with dealer adds at 127K and they offered 117k. Is this a good deal for a final addition or should I wait?

the fact that they originally were trying to sell these trucks at 10 grand over and failed miserably and now are knocking mybe 7 grand off msrp is a sign that the people are not willing to pay these prices. It’s up to you if you think the current price is good.

Damn! No way in hell i would pay what these final editions are going for. I got mine two years ago new and it was fully loaded for right around 91k after everything was said and done :/ Like everyone else has said, I would buy a nicely used one all day if I had to.

Get a brand new ‘23 from Granger for $10-11k off. You’re still saving 10-18k over your price

I don’t think that is a bad deal at all. I bought my 23 on Memorial Day last year. The msrp was 107k. And they had a 10k adm. I told them I would not be buying it if they wouldn’t sell it at msrp. So about 4 days later they called me and said since I had bought so many vehicles off them over the years they would sell it to me for msrp and drop the adm. I was happy with that and went right down and bought it. I know if I had ordered one through the dealers that sell them for under msrp would have been the best move. But, I didn’t want to wait and the TRX was the color I wanted and with all the options that I wanted so I took it. It all comes down to how much you want it and what you are willing to pay for it. Just my opinion. 2k over what I paid for my 23 I personally would pay it.

My concern with the Grainger ones are they have that tyrant package and I definitely don't need it and live a few states away from service for the warranty. But the price is really great.

They say it’s still warrantied through any Ram dealer but idk. I know a few guys here who have the package can chime in and maybe Zach if he see’s this.

I may possibly get back into a TRX in the next couple of weeks with the "peasant" version. My 21 that I got at sticker in 3-21 was 86 and change, that was a Level 2 truck with sunroof. Now that SAME truck is 113ish give or take. It truly is crazy and like others said, 125K for an FE which is no more than a color package, forget it. Yes, they are loaded with wheels (I prefer the standard TRX wheel), steps, etc. But sorry, not at 125K, only if it had the Redeye in it. As for the final sales price, it really depends where you are. I got the itch while on vacation in FL last month. I looked in the FL market, they are insane, most are marking up all flavors of TRX. Back home in Ohio though, 5-7.5K off is the norm as the asking price. I found one that was a little over 9K off but that was an outlier vs the norm. Most FEs are not being discounted, yet, but you can find a few here and there. If you want a FE and considering they are all optioned the same outside of color I would find a few near you (200 miles) in the color you want, sit and wait. If they start disappearing and you are OK with the higher price by all means go get it. But I bet you will get 5-10K off those 125 trucks in a month or two without trying too hard.

They have some in stock without the package too, I just looked yesterday. They told me the warranty works even at my dealer closest to me.

Sorry to bring up an old thread, but did you by chance sell your TRX EbonGhost? I just recently bought a 2022 with 15K miles and when I put the VIN into google, a comment of yours in this forum popped up with the same vin. From the pictures it looks like it but wanted to ask!
