Exciting for you. Sucks because I ordered 5/19 and contacted RamChat today and was told that my truck was waiting for all parts to come in.
Got the same message from RAM chat today as well. Ordered 6/14. You would think Ram would build somewhat in the order the orders came in. Apparently not!
I just got an update and I am in F (paint) status.

They can see your status as long as you have a VIN. Also depends if your order is dealer stock vs customer order. Could try again and see if you get a new rep on the chat. If they still saying the same thing. See if your POC says you are a sold order near the bottom.
Yeah if your in paint, your build was push back a day. You'll be in final assembly tomorrow, and could ship out over the weekend if you don't get stuck in I status. Triple most likely won't see your build sheet under Monday scans

I can tell you why a build is in I status but I can't tell you when it will get out of it because the repair is dependent on a variety of factors. It can be a few hours to weeks until it gets out.
Is the reason for I status speculation or confirmed? What is the reason?

I status means either a repair or waiting parts. It's purgatory between being Gated and KZ.
I Status is used when a repair is required- could be paint, scratch, ding, part missing. It will go to the specialist repairs folks.
The only folks that will know have access to the build details at the plant that shows each operation (torque, added a badge etc) and operator buy off.

As far as I know now about 1400 TRX's are in I status. Main reason from what I can gather is software related. The Grand Waggoneers having a similar issue and they are getting stacked up.
I’m guessing that is uconnect5 related.
