Could it be Ram reopened the 22 order banks to capitalize on the let down and disappointment of some of the Raptor-R potential orders?

It’s my belief that Ram won’t open the 23 order banks until the reveals at the upcoming Speed Week event in Detroit in August.

This opening/closing/opening thing is weird. Not sure what's going on with it. Based on the VIN assignments that I've seen, they've only added about 2000 orders in the past 10 days (which is substantially slower than the normal pace). So I'm guessing they're being pretty selective about which orders they accept.

Drunk sorcery. The orders did close last week, then reopened, then will likely close, then reopen, then open orders will be blindly built and some will become 23's without any rhyme or reason. Same thing happened last year.
