Yes it does mess up the warranty, but it comes with a warranty to cover it for a while. 3 years ? something like that.

Not worth it to me, but if you just have to do some mods this would the way I'd go.

No I think I'm just doing the S&B intake and AWE exhaust that's sitting in my garage. Might do something in the future but for now I'm staying stock.
