Now that it appears production is being impacted by chip shortages... If someone offered you $110, $115 or more for your truck, would you sell? I know we do not like ADM but if "not for sale" and a random person said X would you do it? My answer would be if I could put 20K in my pocket I would have to say yes. I can always wait for another truck if 20K showed up in my pocket.

Yes, I know the official word is Ram Classic right now but we do have one member whos truck is held due to a chip, according to the dealer. I suspect Ram wants to only impact classic but that is not enough and some new style Rams are impacted. That member did have the advanced safety group.

Yep. Someone come buy the TRX that Ram pulled off the line to ensure I didn't make another defective TRX video lol

I don’t think there is demand for the truck to warrant that. I know it seems like there’s hundreds of people on here waiting for a truck, but those are majority orders that were placed in some cases, last year. I have driven by several dealerships in California, across the state, and I have seen a trx at almost every dealer. In some cases multiple trx’s at a dealership. While I have seen some ridiculous markups, I have also seen some Barely over msrp. A lot of these trucks seem to be sitting. From what I’m seeing, hellcats seem to be much more desirable as they are hard to find at any dealership and when they come in, they are selling quickly. And with some outrageous mark ups as well

If someone offered me 10k over, I would take it. Its a fun truck but they are making enough dealer stock orders to get another at MSRP.

Car inventory not that great here either but the cars are easily obtained with discounts.

Hell yes. Tell you what, just about to turn down my granite truck but if someone is so anxious to give money away, I will take delivery, and sell it to you for 2k over what I will have invested after TTL.

Watch this closely then. This one just went over sticker on the last bid. https://www.ebay.com/itm/2021-Ram-1500-TRX/353424599830?hash=item5249bf6b16:g:b9cAAOSwp~RgU6Jo

Will need to go several more K to get to your number but will be a good measuring stick.

Guess I’m in the minority but if it meant I’d be without a truck? Nope.

The truck gives me more pleasure than $10k or $20k. I spent over $100k (msrp + tax) for a TRX, why would I take $10k or $20k to be without one.

Maybe in the minority but not alone. I've got about $130K invested in mine and there's no way I'd let it go for $20K over. If someone offered me $200K we could at least have a conversation but this thing is too bada$$ to let it go.

Like you said, it brings me more than $20K worth of pleasure. And no.... You can't just go buy one where we are yet. And then how do you know it's one that's solid? And now there's talk of Stellantis dropping the Hellcat engine and platform all together? I don't want a non-supercharged TRX. That's like one of those Lamborghinis on the Pontiac Fiero frame. No interest in that.

I am thinking of selling mine, 501 miles on it. No issues. Inspected.

Black Diamond, black interior, no carbon fiber interior accents.
Added:
1) Custom spray in bed liner.
2) Retrax PowertraxPRO MX Tonneau Cover.
3) QTP electric exhaust cut outs on order, can be installed if wanted.
4) Mopar Max Car 8 year/125,000 miles/$100.00 deductible extended warrant.
5) Replaced "RAM" front door badges with tailgate TRX badges.

MSRP + cost of add on aftermarket items.. Not looking to make any money, loosing $7,000 in sales tax.

Title in hand, located in North Florida.

I love my Launch Edition so much, I will not be selling - ever.

Anyone paying that much is a complete and total moron. You can easily find an MSRP deal over buying someone’s used truck off EBay.

it makes me sad and i hope no one offers me 119000 for my trx but the answer should be yes

i seriously love this truck...and i dont need it as i have several vehicles to drive, but my respect for money wouldnt allow me to keep it if i could get 120. i put 5K into PPF that i would need to recap. But this is totally hypothetical because someone would need to corner me to agree to it
