I think it's a bag full of money. My best guess is that he won a bet. The bet was whether, if he drowned his limited edition TRX, they would rescue him through simply opening the door or crashing the panoramic roof.

I was waiting for them to pull 30 paks out of the cab..someone mentioned pressure..years ago saw an F150 go under at a boat ramp...tow guy pulling the truck and trailer out...we're like wow looks ok..just about out, cab roof, windshield and doors all imploded..was impressive!
