I've been receiving some questions about my build, so I've decided to consolidate all the information in one place for others to reference. There are a lot of minor details that I left out to try and keep the post as short as possible. Feel free to reach out and ask any questions.

Performance:
  • HHP/BES 426 boHEMIth Long Block
    • Thitek Heads
    • HHP Racing Custom SR(Street/Rumbler) Camshaft
    • Billet Main Caps
    • Callies Magnum Series 8CWT Stroker Crankshaft
  • Sipple Max Effort 8HP95
    • Billet Input Shaft
    • 2600 Stall Torque Converter
    • Billet Converter Mounting Pads
    • ATI Hemi Flexplate
    • Mishimoto Transmission Thermal Bypass Valve Kit
  • Kong 2650 Supercharger
    • Kong 130mm Throttle Body
    • Nick Williams Upgraded Hellcat Bypass Valve
    • ARP Stud Kit ARP-400-8025 in conjunction with FI 0.5" Hellcat Blower Spacers
    • FI Thermal Blanket
    • AAD Adjustable Idler
  • Injector Dynamics 1750cc Injectors
  • JMS Fuel Pump Booster
    • Temporary until Fuel Injection Depot releases their triple-pump returnless style fuel kit for the TRX.
  • Satera SENSORED Flex Fuel Harness
    • Requires some custom modifications, mainly extending wires and tapping into your AAT sensor, to get it to work with the TRX. It is supposedly plug-and-play for the Challenger and Chargers.
    • The only way for sensored-flex tuning without needing to go to an aftermarket ECU.
  • Kooks 2" Long Tube Headers with Green Cats
    • I sent the headers off to Swaintech for their proprietary "White Lightning" ceramic/aluminum coating.
    • Paired with the Borla Atak catback and Borla exhaust tips. I no longer experience the infamous exhaust "chirp" with this setup.
  • FI Stage 2 Interchiller
    • Pierburg CWA400 Intercooler Pump
    • FI 3-Gallon Reservoir
    • FI Normally Open Solenoid
  • Tuned by Zdung Ho!
Brakes:
  • RB Performance Brakes 18" Caliper kit with lightweight, two-piece rotors.
    • They eliminated my biggest frustration with the factory brakes, where they would heat soak very quickly and start to fade. I have yet to experience brake fade with the RB kit.
Exterior:
  • ADD Baja Bomber Front Bumper
    • Paired with 3x Yellow Baja Design LP6s and 2x Baja Design Squadron Pro Yellow SAEs for the fog lights.
  • ADD Baja Bomber Rear Bumper
    • Paired with 2x Baja Design Squadron Pro Wide Cornering Yellow lights.
  • Line-X
    • Covers bumpers, fender flares, side steps, and rocker panels for a two-tone look.

The new setup is broken in now. I still have a lot of tuning to go, but so far I'm cleared for WOT pulls on 93. I will continue to update this thread as I go on my journey of trying to see how deep into the 9s this setup with take me. I expect the Kong 2650 to be the limiting factor at this point.

Here's a small 3rd(35mph)-4th(110mph) gear pull. Pump 93 @ 15psi of boost. The shift point is set at 6800rpm, which will eventually be raised. This is the slowest the truck will be. It looks a lot slower on video than it feels in person. I will definitely get better quality video once I'm done with the tuning process. I'll be working on adding more ethanol tomorrow. Afterwards, I will be going with the smallest pulley to make 22+ psi on E85. The Kong has a boost ramp between a PD and a centrifugal supercharger. Butt dyno says it has less low to midrange torque compared to the IHIs and Whipples.
